About Indii Flavours

Our journey began in 2013 in the serene surroundings of Clare, with aspirations of becoming the finest Indian restaurant in the country. We’ve recruited a youthful energetic team that under the guidance of Head Chef Rupesh has lead us to be crowned the number one restaurant in Clare five consecutive years running.

Our philosophy comprises three key ‘ingredients’ – Authenticity, Character and Experience. We want you to taste authentic India, see the expressive character on the plate and to enjoy a unique dinning experience like none before.

Breathtaking dining experiences are created through more than the food alone; we want to take the palate on a journey through the maze of flavours and in order to achieve this we house a wonderful selection of wines sourced from all over the world, all handpicked to pair with each meal.

Food and Wine

At Indii we are renowned for our excellence in terms of great food and wine. Our dishes are thoughtfully hand crafted by our Head Chef Rupesh, making sure we deliver the essence of Indian cuisine to Australia using only the freshest produce gathered locally.

Keeping close to where we begun our journey, we’re pleased to offer a great selection of boutique wines sourced from the idyllic Clare Valley region. We also house a wonderful selection of the finest international wines, specifically handpicked to pair with each meal.

Wanting something different? We offer assortment of spirits or try our unique cocktails, mixed with subtle Indian spices that refresh on those warm summer nights. We also pride ourselves on stocking famous Indian Whiskies and unique Single Malts imported from all corners of the globe.
